Spending an afternoon at Clinton Lake

You will take two out-of-town field trips during your program. One to Kansas City and one to Topeka (the state capital of Kansas). Possible destinations in each city:

  1. Kansas City Trip
  • Legends Outlet Mall
  • Cabela's

OR

  • Nelson Atkins Museum of Art
  • Plaza Shopping Center
  1. Topeka Trip
  • Brown vs. Board of Education
  • Kansas Capitol Building

You will also have several cultural activities in Lawrence while you are here.  Included:

  • KU Basketball Game
  • Dinner in an American Home
