Kanagawa Program
Regular Program - January 29 - February 26, 2020
Regular and Internship Program -- January 29 - March 7, 2020
This program is sponsored by Kanagawa University in Hiratsuka, Japan. Only participants selected by the sponsor are eligible for the program.
International Short Programs (ISP) of the University of Kansas welcomes students from Kanagawa University each year. This program is the longest running short-term program with more than 20 years of connection between the two KUs!
Students live in a residence hall on campus and study English and U.S. culture in the classroom and in the community every week, On weekends they go on field trips and have a short homestay with an American family.
Students are taught by Applied English Center teachers and supported by ISP staff and ambassadors (KU students). We love working with each year’s group of students from Kanagawa University, and we are anticipating another great program in 2022!
